Healthier Living In 20 Minutes A Day?

You know you can become healthier in just 20 minutes a day? No this is not a new workout, it's more simple and easier than that. I like to call it "Check In and Check Out" Studies have shown that 20 mins of relaxation e.g meditation, sleeping/nap, yoga, reading, and stretching can lower blood pressure, relieve stress, enhance mood, and a whole host of other things. What I like to do is check in with my body first, how am I feeling? Am I tired? How was my fueling and hydrating? Then I just quiet my mind breathing and go through a series of yoga movements. I like to do my 20 mins in the evening to aide in my sleep. Try it you may be surprised how relaxing can make you healthy!
