Getting The Most Out Of Your Handcrafted Soap And Cool Changes!!

Happy New Year 2022! First I would like to say that I am so thankful to have all of you as the GreenTree Creek family. Building a new business can be a very daunting task but when I hear how much you love my products it just makes my heart happy! Before I get into the blog post I want to share the cool new changes that I am so excited about! First is each month there will be a featured soap that is limited one time soap and you as the email subscribers get the first access to it along with a discount for that soap and a free gift! This month is Frozen Creek inspired by the Frozen movie which is scented with Peppermint. A wonderful soap for a spa night on a cold winters night. We will also be expanding our lines to feature sugar scrubs, body butters, candles, and lip balms. So much to look forward to in 2022! May this year bring you joy and happiness! Now on to the blog!

Do you know that the store soap has no expiration date? Yep you can sit that bar on the shelf for years and it will look the same as the day it was made and that's because it has preservatives and unpronounceable ingredients that make it last forever but none of those things help your skin. If anything they dry it out and do damage. GreenTree Creek Soap is made with 5 different oils, no preservatives and no non pronounceable ingredients so no our soaps are meant to be enjoyed not for shelf life. They also need extra care to get the most out of your handcrafted relaxation. Because they have no preservatives you can't just sit them on the shower shelf or bathtub edge because they will not last. You need to get a a soap pad that allows for the soap to get air and dry. The pictures I have posted are of my own pad that I purchased along with my first handmade soap which started my love affair with handmade soap. I have been trying to find a wholesaler to offer them on my site but so far I haven not been successful. But you can find these on Amazon.
